Why it earned its spot
The page is a long centred stack alternating white and pale grey bands, with a light-weight sans headline — ‘Free federal return’ — carrying the entire message above the fold. The four-card pricing row is the crux of it: Basic, Advanced, Premium and Self-Employed each end in the same heavy $0, so the comparison a filer usually dreads reads in about two seconds. Flat vector illustrations in blue, green and yellow keep an anxious subject from turning clinical, and saturated colour is held back almost entirely for the buttons and a single royal-blue closing band.
