Family is a self-custody Ethereum wallet for iPhone, built around the idea that crypto software should feel as considered as any mainstream consumer app. Its site earned a following among designers well beyond the audience that will ever hold a token.
Why it earned its spot
Family sells the scariest product category on the internet with the gentlest page in it: warm white space, rounded forms, and a cast of fuzzy little mascots wandering between the phone screenshots. Every animation is short and springy, every claim is small and concrete, and the wallet’s UI is shown constantly — the site’s argument is simply that care is visible. In a category defined by aggressive noise, the quiet reads as trustworthiness, which is exactly the trick.
