CaffeineCutoff
CaffeineCutoff works out the latest time to finish a coffee, tea or energy drink and still be asleep by a set hour. It runs the five-hour half-life clock backward from bedtime rather than handing over a decay chart, and it declines to diagnose bad sleep or sell anything claiming to fix it.
Why it earned its spot
A black bar, a gold wordmark, and a column of condensed slab-serif headings set against plain white — the page reads more like a printed explainer than a calculator. The form sits in one hairline-ruled card, with the already-had-some-today fieldset nested inside rather than hidden behind a toggle, so the entire input is visible at once. The answer comes back in the same display face as the headline, followed by a decay curve that darkens from lamp-lit cream to night black as it runs toward a small moon at bedtime. Gold returns only in the footer, carrying the sourcing note and the caveat.
