The Safety Almanac dates every safety awareness day, week and month in the world, and ties each one to the injury it exists to prevent. A date is marked confirmed only once someone has read the organiser's own page and logged the day they read it; the rest are openly flagged as inferred.
Why it earned its spot
The page opens on a full-year strip: twelve month columns on warm grey, each observance an orange dot stacked where it falls, with a hairline marking today. It is the only chart here, and it does the work of a whole navigation system. Below, the current month lifts onto a single white card, every entry carrying a small green CONFIRMED pip so sourcing status reads at a glance instead of sitting in a methodology page. The rest is cream, humanist sans and soft-cornered pills — a hazard grid and a dated confirmation log at the foot, both held to almanac restraint.
